2 Kings 25:30 ... and for his allowance, a regular allowance was given him by the king, according to his daily needs, as long as he lived.
The 'he' is king Jehoiachin, the last but one king of Judah, and the 'king' is Evil-merodach king of Babylon. The Babylonian king spoke kindly to him and, even though he remained in exile in Babylob, gave him food, clothing and whatever he needed, every day for the rest of his life. Divine provision works in many different ways, but we can be sure that it does work.
