Isaiah 5:1 Let me sing for my beloved my love song concerning his vineyard: My beloved had a vineyard on a very fertile hill.
Isaiah starts a parabale by singing: Let me sing for my beloved. The song starts anonymously - it is only later that we find out that Isaiah's beloved is the Lord God of Hosts Himself! Isaiah also uses typical parable technique, introducing a serious point with a story to gain entrance and listeners.
Do you using about God and tell stories about Him using song techniques? Have you every been able to break down resistance by approaching the matter indirectly through a story or an allegory? Perhaps we could all learn from Isaiah.
