Isaiah 21:6-7 For thus the Lord said to me: "Go, set a watchman; let him announce what he sees. When he sees riders, horsemen in pairs, riders on donkeys, riders on camels, let him listen diligently, very diligently." Has the Lord set watchmen in our day, watching to see what is happening, listening to hear what is going on? I believe so - all the followers of Jesus have a watchman role to fulfill - to be aware of the signs of the times and to warn the world of the imminent return of the King. We have to be diligent and fearless; diligent to carry out our duty correctly, and fearless in proclaiming what we see to all those who will listen (and those who won't), so that no-one should be without warning.
