John 4:34

John 4:34 Jesus said to the disciples, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent me and to accomplish His work."

Doing the will of the Father, Jesus says, is food enough for Him. This is food that the disciples do not currently understand. Ministering to the people, telling them the truth about God and helping them get their relationship with Him straightened out, is more important than eating and - so Jesus says - provides equal sustenance.

What priority do you put on declaring the truth and help people to understand it? Would you go without physical meals in order to do that? Would you expect that God would supernaturally feed your body while you did so in obedience to Him?
