John 6:21

John 6:21 They were willing therefore to receive Him into the boat; and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.

So after the miracle of walking on the water and stilling the storm (putting the different gospel accounts together) there follows a third miracle. They invited Jesus into their boat and immediately they arrived at the place they needed to be. Did you hear that?

We are often adrift in a boat on the high seas, desperately trying to get to the other side. We are surrounded by storms, uncertain where we are going, unsure of exactly will happen when we get there. As Paul wrote to his friends at Ephesus:

Ephesians 2:12 ... having no hope and without God in the world.

Actually, it's very simple. Ask Jesus into your boat and He will resolve everything. Not only will the storm subside, but you will find that you have arrived at the place you need to be. This might not be exactly where you thought you were going, but it will be a better place to be because He will have taken you there.

Is your boat wallowing in the storm, threatening to take on water? Call out to Jesus and invite Him into your boat today!
